Candy Wrappers

When can I expect delivery of my order?
Once the design is done, reviewed and approved by the buyer, the order is usually shipped within 5-10 business days. For an extra fee, we offer rush service to expedite your order. Please contact us for details.
If you live within the Miami area, we will hand-deliver your order.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. There is a minimum order of 25 wrappers with or without candies.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard through Paypal if you are ordering online. If you fax your order you can send us a check or money order, or you can pay through Paypal.
How do I place an order?
You can order online by first selecting a candy wrapper and filling in all the pertinent information. Or you can download our order form, fill it out and fax it to us at (305) 445-7077 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST. See our order page for more details.
What is your return policy?
Because the wrappers are custom made, designed and personalized, they cannot be returned unless there is an error made with spelling, dates or omitting names. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Can I add a logo or photograph?
Yes. Please email in JPEG form the logo or photograph and we’ll adjust it to fit the wrapper. Professional photos or artwork must have a written permission from the owner. Or you can download the form that we have attached and have the photographer or artist sign the release form and mail/fax back to us.
I have a particular theme color in mind. can you match it?
Yes. Please mail us a color swatch and we’ll try to match it.
I am having a Princess, Barbie, Power Ranger, etc. theme party. Can you put these characters on the wrappers?
No. All these characters are copyrighted but we’ll match the color of the theme of the party.
How much is shipping?
Shipping prices depends on the number of items ordered and your zip code. Birth Announcements are shipped within 24-48 hours after we receive all the pertinent information.
Do you share my customer information with anyone?
No. We do not share any of your information with anyone. All your information is kept confidential. See our privacy policy for further information.

Surprise Bouquets

When should I order?
Order early. All the bouquets are handmade and supplies are limited. We reserve the right to make necessary replacements of equal or greater value. Prices are subject to change. We do not mail out chocolates during the summer months instead we’ll replace them with other candies.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
Order are usually shipped within 1 or 2 business days.
Will my order arrive on time?
We’ll try and make every effort to have your “Surprise Bouquet” arrive on your desired date. But we cannot guarantee that the bouquet will arrive on a specific date.
Remember, the weather, holidays, incorrect address, invalid delivery date, etc. may need extra time.

  • Additional charges will be applied for returned "Surprise Bouquets".

  • No. P.O. Box please.

  • If your bouquet must be redelivered, you will be billed for the additional charges.
  • What are the sizes of the bouquets?
    The bouquets range between 15 to 28 inches in height. We have put the approximate inches of the bouquets so that you’ll have a realistic picture.
    What Type of candies do you use?
    We use international candies from Italy, UK, Spain and of course our American candies such as lollipops, suckers, kisses and many more.
    How long will the “Surprise Bouquet” last?
    Hard candies if kept at a comfortable temperature will last for a couple of years. The chocolate will last up to a year. Again this is depending on the comfortable temperature the chocolate is kept.
    Can you personalize my bouquet?
    Yes. We can add the name or logo or even a picture, event and date. We’ll use Hershey’s miniatures or mini roll candies and it will be personalized to your needs. And additional fee of $5.00 will be added to your order.
    Will you deliver “Surprise Bouquets” during the summer months?
    Yes. As long as, the delivery is done in the local Miami/Dade area. But because of the harsh warm weather during the summer months we’ll replace the chocolate candies with hard candies in order to mail them out to you.
    I live in the Miami/Dade area when will you deliver?
    We deliver Monday through Saturday and early Sunday morning. Local deliveries are $5.95.
    Can you deliver at a specific time?
    No. We can try but we cannot guarantee. The delivery time is determined by the delivery service and is out of our control.
    Can you deliver at the hospital or school?
    Yes. But please make sure we have the correct room number and that the patient/teacher will be there for delivery. Otherwise, there will an be extra charge of $10.00.

    We guarantee that you’ll love our “Surprise Bouquets” because we “Guarantee to Surprise” But, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your bouquet, please return your bouquet to Surprise Gift Ideas, Inc. and we’ll refund your order in full.
